Hi Everyone,

My name is Sue Huss and I live in Oregon, Ohio.  I’ve always been interested in alternative health practices. 

I think in my 55 years I have tried just about every type of alternative therapies there was.  I always have been extremely healthy until somewhere around 48 years old.

That’s when menopause and several other health problems, too numerous to list, hit me all at once.  It was then that I realized it was time for a change. I decided to look for little things I could change everyday so that I could hopefully once again have the health that I expereinced when I was younger. It has been a long journey.

If we all could commit ourselves to making one small change everyday to improve our health, I believe we could become the healthiest people on the planet.  I hope by sharing my research and experiences with you, that it can prove to be your motivation to find better health naturally.
