Margarine Food Or Poison

Margarine is a manufactured grease concocted in a machine from various oils and chemicals. It does not exist in nature and cannot be grown or converted from a natural food as butter and cheese is. It was invented to win a prize when Napoleon III was surrounded and ran a contest for a palatable grease for his otherwise dry bread. Most restaurants substitute it for butter because it’s cheaper.

Because the fats in margarine are partially hydrogenated (i.e., not fully saturated), the manufacturers can claim it is “polyunsaturated” and market it to us as a healthy food.

A huge side-effect of hydrogenation is that a residue of toxic metals, usually nickel and aluminum, is left behind in the finished product. These metals are used as catalysts in the reaction, but they accumulate in our cells and nervous system where they poison enzyme systems and alter cellular functions, endangering health and causing a wide variety of problems. These toxic metals are difficult to eliminate without special detoxification techniques, and our ‘toxic load’ increases steadily with small exposures over time.

Any food that lists hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated on the label contains trans- fats and should be avoided.  We all have most likely read how trans- fats block the normal conversion of cholesterol in the liver and contribute to elevated cholesterol levels in the blood.

Chlorinated Water

Chlorinated water: Studies have shown it to increase cancer risk.  It also has been linked with birth defects.

Table Salt

Consuming salt is vital to maintain or resume optimal health. Even men in prehistoric times understood of the necessity in our lives. When they would find it they would guard it as a treasure. Later in history the Romans called it white gold.

What has happened to this treasure called salt is it has been converted to white poison instead of white gold. With the refining process salt has been reduced to sodium and chloride. Essential minerals and trace elements have been removed to leave sodium chloride  which no longer has anything in common to salt.

Sodium chloride an aggressive compound, is always seeking a way to for the body’s PH to remain neutral. The body recognized salt as an aggressive cellular  poison and wants to eliminate it right away. It is this process that water is taken from our cells to neutralize it. This process leaves us with dehydrated cells. The more hydrated we are the more our body is able to transport nutrients, hormones and flush toxins out of our body.

Sodium chloride that can not be eliminated by the body must use it own cell water to neutralize the salt.  If sodium chloride is still too high, re-crystallization of the table salt occurs as the body uses animal proteins to produce uric acid to rid the body of excess salt.  Since the body cannot dispose of uric acid, it binds with sodium chloride to form new crystals that are deposited in bones and joints.  This is the cause of many types of rheumatism such as arthritis, gout, kidney and gall bladder stones.

The answer is organic unrefined salt that contains 84 mineral and trace elements. It replenishes electrolytes and  helps balance the body’s PH.

 Refined Sugar

Aside from disrupting our body’s homeostasis it also results in  in a number of significant changes. Besides the obvious of obesity and tooth decay, sugar also can cause hypoglycemia, cancer, heart disease, hyperactivity while upsetting mineral balance and suppressing the immune system.

Soft Drinks

It seems kids and teenagers are the biggest users of soda.  They no longer drink milk like when I was a kid.  Pop in school that was unheard of then. Because of soda’s alarming amount of sugar, calories and harmful additives in this product it is no wonder why obesity is so rampant in our youth. On top of that studies have linked soda to osteoporosis, obesity, tooth decay and heart disease.

According to Wayne Meredith
When somebody drinks a Coke watch what happens…

In The First 10 minutes: 10 teaspoons of sugar hit your system. (100% of your recommended daily intake.) You don’t immediately vomit from the overwhelming sweetness because phosphoric acid cuts the flavor allowing you to keep it down.

20 minutes: Your blood sugar spikes, causing an insulin burst. Your liver responds to this by turning any sugar it can get its hands on into fat. (There’s plenty of that at this particular moment)

40 minutes: Caffeine absorption is complete. Your pupils dilate, your blood pressure rises, as a response your livers dumps more sugar into your bloodstream. The adenosine receptors in your brain are now blocked preventing drowsiness.

45 minutes: Your body ups your dopamine production stimulating the pleasure centers of your brain. This is physically the same way heroin works, by the way.

>60 minutes: The phosphoric acid binds calcium, magnesium and zinc in your lower intestine, providing a further boost in metabolism. This is compounded by high doses of sugar and artificial sweeteners also increasing the urinary excretion of calcium.

>60 Minutes: The caffeine’s diuretic properties come into play. (It makes you have to pee.) It is now assured that you’ll evacuate the bonded calcium, magnesium and zinc that was headed to your bones as well as sodium, electrolyte and water.

>60 minutes: As the rave inside of you dies down you’ll start to have a sugar crash. You may become irritable and/or sluggish. You’ve also now, literally, pissed away all the water that was in the Coke. But not before infusing it with valuable nutrients your body could have used for things like even having the ability to hydrate your system or build strong bones and teeth.

So there you have it, an avalanche of destruction in a single can. Imagine drinking this day after day, week after week. Stick to water, real juice from fresh squeezed fruit, and tea without artificial sweeteners.

Grilled & Fried Foods

When foods are fried it has trans fats. Foods that are fried in vegetable oils like canola, soybean, safflower, corn, and other seed and nut oils are particularly problematic. These polyunsaturated fats easily become rancid when exposed to oxygen and produce large amounts of damaging free radicals in the body. They are also very susceptible to heat-induced damage from cooking. What is not commonly known is that these oils can actually cause aging, clotting, inflammation, cancer and weight gain.

We’ve been led to believe that grilled food is better for us, but that is not necessarily true either. Grilling  food can produce cancer-causing compounds called heterocyclic amines (HCAs). HCAs, a family of mutagenic and cancer-causing compounds, are produced during the cooking of many animal products, including fish,  beef, pork, and even chicken.
